Connal Hughes is the Green candidate for Corstorphine/Murrayfield in the May 2022 Edinburgh Council elections.
Connal is from Belfast in Northern Ireland but has lived in the city since 2014. He works for an environmental charity working every day for the action we need to to create a greener, fairer Scotland.
Connal is passionate about ensuring people can afford to live in the city, making journeys safer whatever way we choose to travel and protecting our vital green space.
To relax Connal enjoys going to watch football, doing yoga and laughing at things on Twitter.
